Multiple Offers - REALTORS experience multiple offers in all kinds of markets, not just the current low-inventory market we are seeing in many places. Learn how to work ethically and efficiently for your seller client, compete effectively and ethically for your buyer, all while receiving 3 hours of continuing education and 2 hours of agency training. Firmly grounded in Real Property 12-A and the Code of Ethics, you may find some new approaches worth including in your real estate practice.

Commercial Tips for Residential Agents - Are you looking to expand your business and unsure how to deal with multi-family or commercial properties? This class will put the basic concepts in your hand and potentially add more business to your activities. It's a great overview of how commercial properties are listed, sold, and valued, so it applies to newer agents and experienced pros that want to branch out into commercial real estate. Article 11 in the Code of Ethics says we need training in each specialized area so if you are already working in that arena, don't leave the office without this!
