PURPOSE: The purpose of the Finance Committee is to oversee the finances and prepare the budget for the Association.
MEMBERSHIP: Membership is open to GBAR REALTOR® members. At least one voting member of the committee must also be a current Director (Chaired by the Treasurer).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To formulate, review, prepare and present the annual budget to the Board of Directors and the membership.
- To ensure accurate tracking/monitoring/accountability for funds.
- To ensure adequate financial controls
