New Contract - Info from Jon Sarra
We wish to remind our members that on page 3 of the new contract “Other Items Included in Purchase” none of those items listed should be crossed out in any way. That section is set up to include those items IF they are located at the property and owned by the Seller. The term “if any” means that the Seller may or may not own these items and the Seller is covered either way with that language. If certain items that are listed are not included in the transaction, they should be specifically excluded in the relevant section below.
