Also note Fair Housing states - As a general rule a REALTOR is to describe the property, not the tenant, purchaser, seller, owner or neighbor, etc. Wording that describes a person or group of persons, community or neighborhood is likely to express discrimination if reference is made, either directly or indirectly, to the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin of that person, group, community or neighborhood
