The attached flyers are in regard to the NYSERDA New Construction Program. Sustainable Performance Consulting is under contract with NYSERDA to administer their New Construction Program (PON1501). SPC services are fully paid by NYSERDA to administer this process and help building owners and their design team select energy efficient equipment and design to receive maximum incentives.
Although you may be familiar with the various NYSERDA programs, the NCP which includes major building renovations now offers incentives for gas conservation along with new bonus incentives. There are different levels of participation, the pre-qualified measure incentives is suitable for simple or small projects and provides incentives for lighting, HVAC equipment, motors, kitchen equipment etc. But larger projects in schematic design phase are eligible for Whole Building Design analysis that will yield the highest level of energy savings and incentives.
