Trade Show Committee Purpose & Responsibilities

PURPOSE:  The purpose of the Trade Show Committee is to organize and promote the Annual Trade Show & Agents Day for the GBAR.

MEMBERSHIP:  Membership is open to GBAR members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To plan, execute and evaluate all aspects of presenting a successful Annual Trade Show.
  • To obtain facility for the event.
  • To decorate facility for the event.
  • To arrange educational program for the event.
  • To secure exhibitors and sponsors for event.
  • To have brochures and tickets printed.

REPORTS TO:  Board of Directors

MEETINGS:  Monthly

SUBCOMMITTE:  None

TASK GROUPS:  As needed
