Directions to property: Hancock Rt 97 to Lordville Rd to Left onto Bouchouxville Rd. Go 2.5 miles then Grandview Rd Goes off to the left of Bouchouxville Rd. Grandview gets steep and is really rough. It takes several minutes, APPROX 1 MILE UP, to get up to the property. Take right at the 1st Y , then take left at second Y. Property is on the left. The property actually starts just before the second Y but the driveway is just past the second Y on the left. My sign is hanging off a tree on edge of driveway.
