This course WILL ALSO SATISFY your NAR CODE OF ETHICS biennial renewal due by 12/31/2018 ! We all know that ethical behavior is very important in the real estate profession. However, what exactly does it mean to “do things ethically”? In this 4-hour ELECTIVE continuing education course, we will discuss some basic concepts of perception of behavioral models. We will examine the NAR CODE OF ETHICS, look at the latest changes and developments in the Code, and illustrate common misconceptions of the Code. The history of the NAR Code of Ethics, the various articles and standards of practice, and enforcement issues of the Code will also be discussed.
