This is the NEW REQUIRED class that ALL Pa. RE Brokers, Associate Brokers and Salespersons must now take.*** See page 2, paragraph VIII for new licensee exception. There will be a brief review of the Pa. Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act (RELRA) and the Pa. REC Rules and Regulations. This includes a brief history of the development of the Act and its modern-day importance. RELRA’s relationship to the Bureau of Professional and Occupation Affairs and ARELLO will be explored. General ethical responsibilities, advertising, and an overview of agency regulations, and contract requirements will be discussed.
