NOMINATIONS FOR THE 2022 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Nominating Committee presents the following candidates for the office of Director of the Greater Binghamton Association of REALTORS®, Inc.

- Dale Tifft
- Jamie Goodspeed
- Christopher Lake
Candidates will be given the opportunity to speak at the July Association Business Meeting on Wednesday, July 21, 2021.
Ballot instructions will be posted on the GBAR Member Portal, and Ballots will be made available August 5, 2021. Watch for details. The results of the election will be announced at the General Business Meeting at the GBAR Office on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.
Additional REALTOR® Member names may be placed on the ballot according to the following process:
• Contact GBAR for a Petition Form
• Obtain petition signatures of at least 10% of voting GBAR REALTOR® members (41 signatures).
• Deliver the petition with signatures to the GBAR Executive Officer or send by certified mail, return receipt requested. PLEASE DO NOT FAX.
• All petitions must be received at the Association Office by 12:00 noon, Friday, July 9, 2021.
