A reminder that your Association Dues and Fees Notice for the 1st half of 2021 will be e-mailed to you at the end of November 2020. As in previous years, it will include instructions on how to access and pay your invoice online through our E-commerce system.

This dues and fees invoice must be paid by 12:00 NOON Thursday, December 31, 2020 ONLINE in order for you to remain an active Member of our Association and MLS.

(NOTE: MLS Only Members will be e-mailed an invoice directly and will submit their payment through their Principal Broker/Appraiser, as the online feature is NOT available to MLS Only Members.)

Late fees will be added to all GBAR Dues and Fees not paid by 12:00 NOON Thursday, December 31, 2020 as outlined below:

GBAR POLICY DOCUMENT: Section 12 ASSOCIATION FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Subsection 7 LATE FEES/FINANCE CHARGES A $50.00 finance charge will be assessed on any dues payment received after the published due dates for June and December have passed but before the member is dropped for Non-Payment.

Please note that this is a preliminary advisement - payments cannot be accepted until the Official Notice Regarding Association Dues and/or MLS Fees email is sent and received by you.

VERY IMPORTANT!! Since our billing system is email-based, it is very important that your email of record be accurate and current. To ensure your email of record is correct, please go to NAR.REALTOR and click on “Sign In” in the top right-hand side of the screen. (On your first visit you must register by clicking on “Register” on the Sign In page). Otherwise go ahead and log in, the click on “My Account”, then click “Manage Account”. Once there, click on the link “View your NAR.realtor registration profile”. There you can review and, if needed, update your email address by simply typing in your new/correct e-mail address. To submit, scroll down to the bottom of the section and click the “UPDATE PREFERENCES” button. The Association Office will be notified automatically of this change.
