Already a Licensed Salesperson or Broker? Online REALTOR® Designation and Certification Courses are available in Specialty Areas of the Real Estate Profession. Licensed Salespersons and Brokers in New York State are required to complete 22.5 hours of Continuing Education for each 2-year licensing period.
